This Promotion is being conducted in connection with the Leaf Cutz® brand.
2. Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Arizona time on September 1, 2026. Four weekly prize drawings will be conducted during September 2026. The weekly entry periods are:
Week 1: September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through September 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Drawing: Friday, September 4, 2026
Week 2: September 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through September 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Drawing: Friday, September 11, 2026
Week 3: September 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through September 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Drawing: Friday, September 18, 2026
Week 4: September 18, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through September 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Drawing: Friday, September 25, 2026
All times are based on Arizona local time.
3. Eligibility The Promotion is open only to individuals who: Are legal residents of the State of Arizona; * Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry; and Comply with these Official Rules. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify a potential winner's age and Arizona residency before awarding a prize.
4. How to Enter During an applicable weekly entry period: 1. Visit the official Leaf Cutz® Bring Us To Your State – Arizona campaign page. 2. Complete the official giveaway entry form. 3. Provide the requested information, including: First name; Last name; Valid email address; Instagram handle, if applicable; * Arizona city; Name of the smoke shop or retailer where the entrant would like to see Leaf Cutz® available; Smoke shop Instagram handle, if known; and Confirmation that the entrant is 21 years of age or older. 4. Submit the completed form before the applicable weekly deadline. Submitting the official entry form is the method of entry for the Promotion. No purchase of Leaf Cutz® or any other product is required.
5. Social Media Participation Sponsor may encourage participants to follow Leaf Cutz® social media accounts, share campaign content, identify their city, or identify a local smoke shop as part of the broader “Bring Us To Your State” campaign. However, purchasing a product, following an account, liking a post, commenting, tagging another person, or sharing social media content is not required to receive an entry into the sweepstakes and will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.
6. Entry limit is limited to one eligible entry per person per weekly drawing period. After a weekly drawing has been completed, an eligible person may submit a new entry for the next weekly drawing. Multiple entries submitted by the same person during the same weekly entry period may be voided. Entries generated through automated means, scripts, bots, macros, fraudulent accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited.
7. Prizes One winner will receive a $50 gift card for each weekly drawing. There will be a total of: 4 weekly winners × $50 = $200 total approximate retail value of all prizes.The specific gift card issuer or merchant may be selected by Sponsor. No tobacco product will be awarded as a prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash except where Sponsor determines a substitution is necessary. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner Selection One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly entry period. The random drawings are scheduled for: September 4, 2026 September 11, 2026 September 18, 2026 September 25, 2026 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, winner selection, and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner Notification Potential winners may be contacted using the email address and/or Instagram handle provided on the entry form. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor sends the initial winner notification. Sponsor may require the potential winner to confirm: Full legal name; Age of 21 or older; Arizona residency; and Compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner: Does not respond within 72 hours; Cannot be contacted; Is determined to be ineligible; Provides false or inaccurate information; Fails to provide requested eligibility verification; or Declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
10. Prize Delivery After eligibility has been confirmed, Sponsor will provide instructions regarding delivery of the $50 gift card. Sponsor will never require a winner to purchase a product or pay a fee to receive the prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes or other obligations arising from acceptance or use of a prize, if applicable.
11. No Purchase Necessary No purchase, payment, or tobacco transaction is required to enter or win. Purchasing Leaf Cutz® or any other product will not improve an entrant's odds of winning. Entrants will never be required to pay shipping, handling, processing fees, taxes in advance, or any other fee to Sponsor in order to receive a prize.
12. Tobacco Products The prize offered through this Promotion is a non-tobacco gift card**. No free Leaf Cutz® tobacco product, tobacco sample, cigarillo, cigar, tobacco leaf wrap, or other tobacco product will be distributed to a consumer as a prize through this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion does not constitute an offer to provide a free tobacco product.
13. Disqualification Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entry or participant that Sponsor reasonably determines: Violates these Official Rules; Provides false information; Misrepresents age or residency; Uses multiple identities or accounts to circumvent entry limits; Uses bots, automated entry systems, scripts, or other fraudulent methods; Tampers or attempts to interfere with the Promotion; Engages in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or fraudulent behavior in connection with the Promotion; or Otherwise compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
14. Technical Issues Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or not received because of technical problems, internet failures, mobile-device problems, website interruptions, platform outages, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control. If the Promotion cannot operate as intended because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance that materially affects its integrity, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion as permitted by applicable law. 15. Privacy Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Promotion, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, analyze consumer interest in potential Leaf Cutz® retail locations, and for other purposes disclosed at the time of entry or in Sponsor's applicable privacy policy. Submitting an entry does not automatically authorize Sponsor to send marketing emails or text messages where separate consent is required by law.
16. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, a confirmed winner may be asked for permission to allow Sponsor to announce the winner's first name, city, or social media handle in connection with announcing the results of the Promotion. Sponsor will not require a winner to endorse or promote a tobacco product as a condition of receiving the prize.
17. Instagram, Facebook and Meta Disclaimer This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform on which the Promotion may be mentioned. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or fulfillment of prizes. Any questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
18. Release and Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. 19. Governing Law The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
20. Winner Information After the applicable drawing has been completed and the winner confirmed, Sponsor may announce the winner through Leaf Cutz® social media or campaign channels. Individuals may also contact Sponsor at info@leafcutz.com for information regarding Promotion results, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
21. Acceptance of Official Rules By submitting an entry, each participant confirms that: The participant has read and agrees to these Official Rules; The information submitted is accurate; The participant is at least 21 years old; The participant is an Arizona resident; and The participant understands that no purchase is necessary to enter or win. 2026 Royal Lifestyle Group.
